Cancellation or no show

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or who do not show up, will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. For late arrivals, sessions will end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged.

Benefits Coverage

Please check your benefits package to see if you are covered for counselling services, and refer to the Meet Our Team page to see the specific credentials of each of our individual therapists.

Note: if you are not covered by benefits for your sessions, you may be able to claim the counselling fees as medical expenses when filing your tax return. Please check with your accountant for more information.
